This ½ day workshop combines high quality professional development for the group, team building plus skill practice and action planning. You and your team members complete the 4D-i® prior to the program to learn what makes each person unique. In the workshop, learn to use the simple common language and results of the 4D-i®to build mutual understanding and skills to work smarter together.
This workshop can be used as a module in leadership development programs, as the kick off to an off-site or planning session as well as a program new leaders and new teams can use to build foundations for collaboration and success.
