Gail Donohue

Gail Donohue is an OSW Certified Associate whose expertise in sport and not-for-profit organizations  has made a difference with leading organizations locally, provincially, nationally, and internationally.  Her strongest colour preference is warm green  which enables Gail to completely immerse herself in the process - be it problem analysis or solution finding while always seeking fresh new approaches that are not conventional or traditional.  This contributes to her ability to work with others, creating team synergy and commitment. 

Gail’s real passion lies in facilitating individuals and organizations in achieving excellence.  The OSW tools are state of the art; providing an easy, yet extremely effective process for individuals and organizations to achieve excellence!  They provide a business framework integrated with compassion and humanity – essential ingredients for success in today’s work environment.
